Refunds & Exchanges

Store Policy

Here at ELZEE we try and make the shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. We understand shopping online can be more challenging than shopping in an actual store. Which is why we have come up with a more flexible store policy for our online customers.

ELZEES.COM will gladly issue a refund on products purchased ONLINE ONLY. Products must be shipped back within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. Returns shipped back between 11 and 20 days will be issued a store credit, which can be used online or at any ELZEE store location. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns, exchanges or store credit requests after 20 days. Items received after the 20 days allotted will be held for 10 days before the items are disposed of, and NO REFUND or store credit will be issued.

Returns, exchanges or store credit requests will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN), and an original receipt from ELZEES.COM. Any returns received by ELZEES.COM without a RAN will be held for 10 days before the items are disposed of, and NO REFUND or store credit will be issued.

ELZEES.COM will not issue refunds for worn, damaged, or items missing the original tags and packaging. Any worn, damaged, or items missing original tags and packaging received by ELZEES.COM RAN will be held for 10 days before the items are disposed of, and NO REFUND or store credit will be issued.

Any refunds received without a receipt from ELZEES.COM will be issued at the lowest selling price of that item.

All refunds will be issued in the form of original payment by ELZEES.COM. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for processing of a return. Due to credit processing it may take up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to be seen on your monthly statements (please allow a little more time for international transactions).

Unfortunately, returns for items purchased online will NOT be accepted at ELZEE stores. We ask that all returns be shipped to:

Randy and Lincoln established a new standard in the area for distinctive service with a guarantee that was previously unheard of. The business spread mainly through word of mouth, and as more satisfied customers shared their stories with others, additional branches were added throughout the area.
